Kamongo
Our tomato is a hybrid F1 Kamongo determinate with vigorous plant habits and deep red blocky fruits. It has broad, dark green leaves with excellent foliage cover. Planted on open field. Agronomic practices include: nutrient management, drip irrigation, stacking, weeding, pest and disease management, harvesting and marketing. Ripe fruits are sweet, firm, glossy red colour and good shape. 
 
Kachumbari
  • 6 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 3 medium size red onions, diced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice,
  • fresh dhania,
Place the tomatoes in large bowl, then add onion, lemon juice, and dhania. Toss carefully. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Serves 6.
