Hybrid F1 red onion early maturing, easy to grow in open pollinated and best suited for warm climate. High yielding with low crop management. Excellent bulbs dry well in the sun, have long shelf life and good transportability.

Kachumbari

3 medium size red onions, diced
6 cups tomatoes, diced
¼ cup lemon juice,
fresh dhania

Place the tomatoes in large bowl, then add onion, lemon juice, and dhania. Toss carefully. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Serves 6.
